Ipswich Waterfront on target for 300 social homes

Liberal Democrats are trying to get more social homes built in Ipswich. One way is through requiring developers to build social homes as part of their developments. Lib Dems are pushing through changes at the Borough which will see greater than 35% of new homes developed as social homes for rent or shared ownership.

17 years ago, the first Ipswich Music Day took place in Christchurch Park…………yes, 1991 saw the birth of what is now the largest, free, one-day music event in the East of England. Through the years, the biggest family day out in Ipswich has expanded and developed and today you can enjoy terrific entertainment offered on no less than six separate stages in the park, plus music in the nearby Key Coffee Shop and St Margaret's Church.
