Ipswich Hospital savings of £25m unsustainable

Many of you will recall Ipswich Lib Dems warning last September that things would get worse in the local NHS before they got better. We thought Mays announcement of 105 redundancies was as bad as it could get - how wrong we were.

A further £9m of cuts has been identified as necessary to get the Hospital back on financial track. Ipswich Lib Dems believe this level of cuts is unsustainable and completely contrary to patient care.
