'Recycle on the Go' - a scheme to enable recycling by shoppers in the Town Centre - will be introduced this year. The scheme initially will have bins for paper and plastic. Lib Dems are also considering increasing the number of street cleaners over and above the number securing the "Britains' Cleanest Town" award last year.
