Ipswich to build wind turbines

Ipswich Borough Council is discussing plans to build up to 3 wind turbines in the area. Sites

are still to be discussed with the potential partners.

Lib Dem portfolio holder, Cllr. Louise Gooch, is spearheading the work to establish

Ipswich's first large-scale sustainable power sources.

We hope to be able to release more news about this soon once agreements are in place with the partners.
